Hey all! I’m a gluten free baker from Southern California. I switched to gluten free baking when I was diagnosed with celiac disease 6 years ago. After a lot of experimentation and some failures, I am starting to get the hang of cooking gluten free. Hopefully my experiences will help inspire others to bake and help if you’re new to the world of gluten free baking.
